Art Commissions. You have a special concept and just need a special artist to make it come to life? Maybe to give as a present to a special person? Or maybe you just want the opportunity to be part of a creative process of an artpiece by one of our artists… It’s time to make your dreams come true.

How it works
How it works
• Complete the following questionnaire in detail and forward the answers to info@soonset.biz;
• If accepted into the commission calendar, you will get an e-mail within a week with the proposal for a meeting, so that the artist can get to know you and so you can discuss the concept a little further;
• The artist will have another week to decide if he/she accept the commition;
• If so, you will receive an e-mail from Soonset with our Commissions’ Contract (with total value and conditions) for you to sign and an invoice containing a non-refundable 50% deposit;
• Once you’ve made the payment, the artist will come up with his/her own ideas and proposals;
• You will discuss those ideas, so that you can tell him/her if you are on board with what he/she is thinking;
• Then it’s time to make some art and that’s usually a lonely venture, so for a whole month you may not hear from us;
• You will receive a final progress pic towards the end of the process for any last adjustments;
• Once it’s all done, you’ll receive another invoice with the remaining 50% left to pay;
• After that payment is completed, you will receive your art piece in the address of your choice in a safe and secure way.
• Plase notice that Soonset holds all the image and intelectual right and also the preference for purchase if you decide to sell your acquired artwork.
